Beat the record.

I don't know how hot it got today, but it's 8:30 and it's 103. So, this is the day that we beat the record set in 1954 of 31 days of temperatures in triple digits. I thank God for a cool home and car! I thank God for our troops who have lived in temperatures worse than this away from their families and cool homes and cars. We sure need rain, but we take what we have and give thanks. God knows best.


Don continues to get stronger and I'm coping with my back/hip issues. Don does all the exercises that he did before his surgery, so he's feeling pretty much back to normal, I think. I thank God for that, too!
