Don caught me stocking up on ice before heading out to spend a while in the kiddie/grammy pool. It only got to 103, so it hasn't hit the 107 they threaten we'll have. We' had 110 some time last week, so we're braced for it to happen, again.
We're blessed to have independence and freedom and I thank God for it. I'm sad to feel that we are losing a lot of it. It seems to me like our government is way too involved in our lives. As I remember, that's why this country was begun: to get away from too much government involvement! Somewhere along the line have we lost our resolve? I hope not.
