Tonight's picture represents a really sweet memory. It was so fun to be there to see Jessie play through to the end of the tournament last week. This picture I made after the presentation ceremony, when Jessie was so happy and we were so proud. We thank God for the opportunity to go there and spend that special time with Jessie and Jeff. I keep bragging about Jessie, but Jeff coached her team, so it was a great success for him, too, and we are super proud of him, as well.
I spent all day yesterday shopping online for a car to replace our smashed Venture. I wasn't too excited about anything I found; I got up this morning and looked some more and FOUND a venture in Gainesville, TX that looked right for us. We drove down there and bought it, today. We thought it would take a couple of hours, but it took over 3 to get there. So, it was a long trip (looking at it, driving it and then over 3 hours back). So, now we have to clean out the old Venture and get this one ready to go. We';re thinking about swapping some seats, etc., so it'll take some adjusting to make the switch. What matters is that we have a car, so we can continue our travels as planned. Whew.
Tomorrow it's time to start throwing herbs and vitamins, again. Here we go; on with life! We thank God we get to go on with life!
